If it's internal to the mother board, turn it down. Instead of 44Hz, use the 22Hz and make it mono instead of stereo or 5.1 speakers or even Windows default. If the progress goes better, go up a little in quality at a time until you start crashing again. Normally COD games should ask on a reinstall /repair if you want to keep your saved games.
