It could be either the hard drive went bad or the computer drivers for video or RAM – first go into the BIOS and see if it sees the hard drive – if not there is your problem – second if yes then restart and hold the F8 key this will take you to the SAFEMODE options select there the option for last know good config – if that doesnt work let me know

Re-start the computer and as soon as it starts coming on repeatedly hit F8 until you see a black screen with several choices.Click on “start computer with last known good configuration” and then hit enter.I hope this helps.—–I know this is the same thing neoomk suggests, but I was slow at responding. If i had seen his answer before I started, I wouldn’t have answered.

Can you hear your hard drive spinning up when you turn on your computer? It sounds like a hard drive failure if you can boot into safe mode then your hard drive might be ok.

A lot of things could prevent your PC from starting it could be your video card if you have a spare one try that and see if that solves the problem.

Could be overheating, take the side off your case and turn on your PC check that the CPU and PSU fans are spinning.

EDIT: If you have anymore info add it to additional details or email me, I check back a bit later…..
