computer question! HELP “NTLDR is Missing Press any key to restart”?

This is what has been happening to me for about a year now! I simply have just been reinstalling windows! it crashes after 2 months or so running the fresh version of windows xp sp3, I beleive that it simply gets cluttered up somewhere and just crashes..
My computer specs or well its a server but i have been running it as a PC.
My SPECS
I have a ST3250620A (Barracuda 7200.10 Ultra ATA/100 250-GB Hard Drive)
MY computer is a IBM eServer xSeries 225
what i need to know is what i need to do to prevent This issue?! any suggestions thanks

    If you have your Vista/XP install disk pop that into the computer and have that run. After you get that running find the repair option. Once you find that it should fix the problem. If not you need to create your own boot disk. To create a boot disk follow this simple guide:
