Help transferring hardware drivers?

Dan O asked in Q&A:

I recently encountered some serious issues with my computer. For the past few months or so my family and I have just let the problems go, cleaning the computer whenever we felt it necessary and such. However, the computer must be seriously infected with some sort of spyware or trojans. It has become very sluggish, and we haven’t been able to install service pack 2 for windows xp since it came out because it crashes the computer. Not only that but it will close the internet explorer after a few screens without fail. I will be completely rebuilding this computer very soon, and I will be cleaning all the information out with the exception of the important items. HOWEVER I need to find the drivers on this computer so I can export them to a usb memory card and completely wipe this system clean. Where would I find those drivers? THANK YOU

www dot computer manufacture name dot com

Unless your system is OLD, then XP will most likely have everything it needs. Reload it then check device manager for problems.

If you know which hardware you will require drivers for then download the latest ones from the manufacturers websites,if not then you need Uniblue driver scanner it will do it all for you,but you have to pay for it!
