Problem of internet explorer crashes – error kernel32.dll?

i’m using window xp sp2 & using internet explorer 7……..
now problem is that when i open certain websites, ie crashes showing following error signature……..

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.6000.16791 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001eb33

it’s not problem in ie7 but also with ie6 & ie8 on same system…….
so gimme the solution plzzz……….

    In most dll related problems. You can either have it totally gone or there is a version conflict…
    1) Pinpoint the filaname or which dll or ocx exactly fails…
    2) Search for dll file from a site like or
    3) Download and reinstall
