The best solution is to get it cleaned up. The easiest way to clean it up is to take it to a professional shop, much like the GeekSquad. You'll pay a nice price but you'll be gauranteed its cleaned up and have a 30 day warrantee. Otherwise you may try and clean it up your self using one of two methods. 1) Running the clean up tools your self. The down side to this method is that it's time consuming and if not done properly its a waste of time. 2) Format and re-install. This method is the worst because you'll loose any personal information and it's just a pain in the butt... but it does work. if you choose to do number one you can search yahoo answers for other questions on spyware, I know for sure i've detailed how to go about cleaning up you system.
