This tool was OK but it totally corrupted my Norton Anti Virus operation. I bought the product thinking it might repair my Outlook Express which was corrupted during a compacting session which I interrupted. Alas it didn’t fix that but it did seem to make my system work a a bit better except for the Norton disaster which took me hrs to resolve. When will these companies realise that we are not all techo heads and undertstand all that complex technical jargon. I tried several times to ask for support from Reimage as to whether I should disable Norton prior to rebooting but I couldn’t find anything. Anyway I disabled Norton then rebooted and it then lost all my Norton files. Hours of frustration and lost work hrs. My management students will have to wait for their results.

I bought this because it promised to refund money if not satisfied. While it did find errors and probably fixed them, it caused more problems than I had in the first place. Also did not fix to major issues I had. As far as customer support, there is none . . . and I’ve undon and uninstalled the program and asked for a refund within the 7-day period only to be ignored. I’ve now sent 4 different emails to them and they don’t answer or refund the money. I told them in my last message that if I hadn’t received a refund within the next 24 hours I would pursue other avenues. That doesn’t even scare them evidently because I still haven’t heard a word and time is almost up.

Beware of this program . . . not only did it corrupt many excel files that can not be restored, but also destroyed some system functions that I have no idea how to fix. Now, besides being out the money I paid Reimage, I’m going to have to pay a geek to fix the damages. Needless to say i’m not a happy camper.

I got this software only because it promised a refund in case it didn’t work.

It took nearly an hour to complete the job, but I ended up with a pc that runs fast. I had a few errors popping up before, I guess we’ll have to wait and see if they’d disappeared or not.

Also, my email to support was answered after I already figured out everything by myself. I wish they had an online chat.

It seems to work better. Time would tell though. I need a week or so to appreciate the changes.

I’ve been using this for one of my PC’s and it’s been cool. Fixed most of my errors.
But, my laptop has VISTA on and this service is XP only, so I have to go with 3 stars Overall… If you have an XP though, this is a good choice.

I’m using the booster, and I really love it. It makes my PC so much faster. This is genius.

I used the repair service to repair my other pc, and it does a hell of a job. Picked up errors and fixed them within 20 minutes.

The only thing I can say is WOW. I’ve used registry cleaners before, but this once is different.
It picked up errors not only in the registry and I didn’t ever intended to check those places.
